How do I care for my items? 

We recommend hand-washing, with a light detergent if needed; press out excess water & lay flat to dry. From time to time, your hat may need some re-shaping. Wet it, and pull on the top and bottom of the hat, and lay flat to dry.

My pom pom has gotten shaggy, what can I do? 

If your pom pom ever needs a trim, use a pair of sharp scissors (kitchen shears work well!) to lightly trim any extra fuzz & make that pom perfect again. 

Should I size up or down?

Lime and Linden hats run true to size; we recommend using our sizing guide to be sure! A link can be found at the bottom of our site. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our current turn-around-time is about 2-3 weeks; this time-frame does not include shipping. If you have a special deadline or request, please email request to julia@limeandlinden.com and I will do my best to accommodate.
